The BR series coilovers use a large 46mm diameter piston in a 53mm diameter damper body to maximise oil capacity. As the damper unit opearates the oil contained within heats up. The viscosity of oil changes as its temperature varies which can lead to changes in the damping characteristics of the unit.

BC Racing only use a very high quality oil with their coilovers but go that extra mile to maximise performance and build their BR range with a large 53mm diameter damper body. This increases the capacity of the unit which increases the volume of oil contained which in turn reduces the peak temperature and so significantly improves damper performance.

Suspensie Sport reglabilă BC Racing BR-RA pentru VW PASSAT (B6,

Acu ca a trecut aproape 1 an de cand o am instalata pe masina. Instalarea este foarte usoara. Ce pot spune pe scurt este ca este o schimbare radicala fata de o suspensie fix si de comfort de fabrica. Masina devine mult mai stabila pe curbe, dar si mult mai rigida. Pentru a fi sincer, in ciuda posibilitatii ajustarii duritatii suspensiei, aceasta rigiditate afecteaza foarte mult bucsele, acestea se uzeaza mult mai repede datorita conditiilor proaste de drum din romania, deaceea recomand bucse de poliuretan.Pe scurt se poate folosi ca suspensie daily daca drumurile pe care este utilizata sunt de calitate sau daca masina nu este foarte joasa.
