The TURBOSMART OPR T40 oil pressure regulator is designed for the turbocharger oil feed. Unlike a restrictor, which reduces both pressure and flow, it holds a target pressure of 40 psi (2.76 bar) without compromising oil flow. The turbocharger then receives oil within the pressure tolerance set by its manufacturer.
