Blow off and Diverter valves
GFB offers a wide range of valves to control excess air in the intake system of the engine. From universal products to electronically controlled direct replacements for OEM equipment. With perfect machining and application, you'll also find unique features such as a patented exhaust pressure adjustment system and Turbo Management System (TMS) technology. GFB pioneered the two-way blow off valve back in 1999, a design that has since been copied by many other manufacturers. The use of a dual design for atmosphere and recirculation helped to achieve the desired exhaust effect without causing any problems in production or high-performance cars.
In 2001, GFB patented an adjustible blow off system, that allows the blow off pressure to be continuously varied through one of two outlets. The advantage of this function is the ability to regulate the volume of the valve and allows the valve to be used on cars with sensitive engine management.
All GFB Blow-off and Diverter valves are equipped with Turbo Management System (TMS) technology, which is the ability to regulate the flow of air through the valve to help maintain boost pressure when the throttle is closed during a downshift or short-term throttle release. This technology keeps the turbo spinning and thus reduces the slow start of the turbo (the so-called turbo hole).
The benefits of these products include:
-Higher throttle re-opening performance for instant response.
-Up to 40% faster turbo start-up
-Up to 30% reduction of turbo hole
In practice, this means that equipping the engine with a GFB valve with TMS technology can sharpen throttle response and reduce turbo lag (when shifting), reducing the time it takes to return to peak boost pressure.

Turbo boost controllers and regulators
When you need easy, reliable turbo pressure adjustment, a manual controller is the perfect addition. Installation is simple thanks to the need to connect vacuum hoses, and the setup itself takes no more than a few seconds. Once the controller is set, you don't have to worry about anything else. Being a robust mechanical device, it will never change or fail, regardless of its application or handling. Manual turbo pressure regulators are available in two versions. One is suitable for conventional pneumatic valves and the other is for use with vacuum operated VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbine)/VGT (Variable Geometry Turbine) turbochargers commonly used on diesel engines. Our offer also includes electronic regulators.
Advantages of the turbo pressure regulator:
-Repeatable and stable adjustable curve
-100% reliability, zero maintenance
-Easy installation in a few minutes
-Easy setup
-Precise needle valve system (more stable than ball valves)
-Made in Australia in accordance with ISO 9001

Fuel pressure regulators
GFB fuel pressure regulators are manufactured with the same precision, quality workmanship and reliability that underpins all GFB products. The compact size of the GFB FX regulators hides a large flow advantage, and the multiple ports allow for a variety of fuel system setups, including fuel pressure monitoring with an electronic sensor or analogue alarm.
Internally, like all GFB products, they contain unique features and quality features that make the difference between a good and a professional product. GFB uses a two-layer, double-reinforced membrane with a strength in excess of 1000 psi (68BAR). Unlike competitive products that use a metal-to-metal valve seat, FX regulators feature a replaceable soft Teflon seat that helps maintain fuel pressure longer after the vehicle is shut off for easier restarts. GFB even beefed up the regulator by adding a spring seal ring to ensure no leakage through the spring set screw. All FX regulators have a 1:1 fuel pressure rise rate and base pressure range from 28-72psi (2-5BAR).

External wastegate
GFB offers a range of high-flow external wastegates that are the most compact in their class for easy installation in tight spaces while offering the maximum performance and reliability that are hallmarks of all GFB products.
The EX series valves feature a body made of 253MA stainless steel. A one-piece stainless steel valve with a nomex-reinforced membrane ensures resistance to extreme conditions and the harsh environment of high exhaust gas temperatures. The GFB has a variety of wastegate diameters to choose from, ensuring the use of one or more per line for faster control. It is also possible to choose different opening pressure springs from the menu.
Lightweight pulleys
Lightweight GFB pulleys offer sharper throttle response and faster acceleration by significantly reducing the engine's rotating mass. Manufactured from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminium, then precision CNC machined to exact tolerances, they offer an exceptional advantage in installations without the need for additional modifications or tuning.
In some vehicle applications, pulley replacement offers a performance boost by reducing the weight of the rotating elements, which reduces the parasitic load on the engine. All pulleys are thoroughly tested to ensure the benefits come without compromising performance or increasing accessory vibration. It can be hard to imagine how reducing the weight of a pulley will make a car go faster, but accelerating a heavy factory pulley from say 3000-7000 RPM represents a significant slowdown in torque. Lightweight GFB products reduce inertia by up to 85%, so most of the torque that was used to accelerate the pulley can now be applied to the driven wheels.

All mentioned GFB (Go Fast Bits) products can be found in our offer. Do you know of a product that we do not advertise? Contact us and we will include it in the offer based on your request.
