Description

Keep your polisher running for longer and at full performance with genuine replacement carbon brushes.

Key Features

Long service life: The carbon brushes last approximately 350 operating hours on average, which in practice means around 50 vehicles.

Full compatibility: Suitable for the entire T2000 model range

Easy maintenance: Designed for quick replacement without having to dismantle the whole machine.

When is it time to replace them?

We recommend checking the condition of the carbon brushes in the following cases:

Reduced performance: The motor does not reach full speed or "hesitates" when starting.

Sparking: You can see unusually strong blue or orange sparking through the machine's ventilation slots.

Irregular running: The polisher changes speed on its own or cuts out during work.

Safety cut-off: Modern Liquid Elements carbon brushes are designed to break contact when critically worn, protecting the machine from damage.

Replacement Instructions

Replacement is very simple and you can do it yourself in a few minutes:

Locate the two service covers on the sides of the polisher head.

Unscrew or flip open the covers.

Carefully disconnect the worn carbon brushes from their connection point.

Insert the new carbon brushes and secure them back in place.

Why replace the carbon brushes in time?

Regular inspection and timely replacement of the carbon brushes protect the motor from damage, prevent excessive sparking and make sure your polisher always delivers the full torque needed for perfect paint correction.
