REDARC CE40S2 charge equaliser 24 V to 12 V, 40 A

The REDARC CE40S2 charge equaliser 24 V to 12 V, 40 A lets you tap 12 V from the centre of a series-connected, two-battery 24 V DC electrical system and still keep an equal charge across both batteries. It is especially useful when there is no space for a separate 12 V battery or one would cost too much to fit. A voltage reducer limits current, but this unit draws power directly from the battery, so it can handle much larger peak current draws.
