REDARC SBI212 Smart Start battery isolator, 12 V, 200 A

The REDARC SBI212 Smart Start battery isolator is a solenoid priority system. It protects the start battery from excessive discharge while the auxiliary battery supplies non-essential loads. It runs on 12 V DC with a 200 A continuous rating and is designed for extremely heavy-duty use. It is mainly used in commercial vehicle dual battery systems.

Electronic components stop the solenoid from generating high voltage transients. Unlike a diode battery isolator, it has no diode voltage drop. It has a low standby current draw and advanced fault detection. An LED shows operation and warns of over-voltage, voltage drop and excessive current draw. Install it together with a high quality fuse kit.
