Description

The 3M 30804 Trizact Hookit P8000 Ø76 mm is a professional foam abrasive disc for the last sanding step before final polishing of automotive paint. It is the finest grit in the 3M Trizact system and is used to refine sanding marks left by P3000 or P5000 discs.

Patented 3M Trizact technology uses precisely shaped three-dimensional abrasive structures that are gradually renewed as you work. This lets the disc maintain a consistent cut, produce an exceptionally fine scratch pattern and last a long time.

P8000 grit significantly shortens the subsequent polishing time and in many cases lets you skip the heavy cutting compound altogether. After sanding, the paint is ready to be finished quickly with a fine polish.

The disc is used wet with water, which reduces clogging, extends its life and ensures an even result. The foam backing follows the shape of the surface very well, spreads pressure evenly and minimises the risk of sanding through.

The 3M Hookit system allows quick disc changes by hook-and-loop. The 76 mm diameter is ideal for spot repairs, smaller parts and precise finishing work.

Recommended Use
