Description

Kemtex Unisoft Putty is a professional universal polyester body filler with a wide range of uses in bodywork repair. It is suitable for filling ordinary unevenness as well as larger dents and damage where a thicker layer of material is needed.

Its flexibility makes it suitable for both hand and machine sanding. The elasticity of the cured filler also gives high resistance to cracking, which is especially important in professional bodywork repairs.

Unisoft is a universal solution for everyday work in paint and body shops. It adheres very well to commonly used substrates, including steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, polyester laminates and original painted surfaces.

Easy Further Processing

Once cured, the filler can be sanded and processed as part of the standard bodywork repair process. It can then be covered with suitable polyester or primer materials.

Application

Thoroughly clean, degrease and sand the surface to be repaired according to the type of substrate. Mix the filler with the appropriate hardener until the colour is uniform, then apply it to the prepared surface with a spreader. Once cured, sand the filler and continue with the next steps of the paint system.
