FLEX Cut-Politur is a top-of-the-range product for the machine correction of painted surfaces. This highly abrasive compound was developed specifically for professional use where uncompromising performance is needed to remove the toughest defects.

Professional paint correction in record time

Forget time-consuming multi-stage sanding. This compound is designed to remove sanding marks down to P1500 grit. It is the ideal solution for heavily weathered paint that has lost its original gloss due to oxidation, UV radiation or harsh chemicals.

Aggressive cut: thanks to precisely calibrated abrasive particles, the compound "bites" into the surface immediately and removes scratches rather than just masking them.

Optimised cooling: special lubricants in the formula prevent the surface from overheating during work, reducing the risk of paint damage even when polishing one section for longer.

Silicone-free: the product is fully suitable for paint shops and professional detailing studios. It leaves no residue that would prevent the subsequent application of waxes, sealants or ceramic coatings.

Easy wipe-off: after the polishing cycle, compound residue can be easily wiped off with a microfibre cloth without scrubbing, which minimises the risk of new micro-scratches.

Recommended application

For best results, we recommend a rotary or random orbital polisher combined with a hard cutting pad (e.g. the red FLEX foam pad or a wool pad).

Thoroughly wash and decontaminate the surface.

Apply 3-4 drops of compound to the pad.

Spread the compound at low speed over an area of approx. 40x40 cm.

Increase the speed and work with moderate pressure in a cross-hatch pattern until the compound becomes almost transparent.

Wipe off the residue with a clean microfibre cloth.
