- Achieves up to 65 HRC across the entire surface, which—unlike induction-hardened products—ensures wear protection for both the gear teeth and the surface working with the crankshaft seal lip. Additionally, the process occurs at a lower temperature and does not cause high internal stresses or material deformation
- Stop pins machined directly from the crank hub material – no issues with alignment
- Includes a tool for drilling holes in the crankshaft, a protective cup to prevent metal shavings from entering the engine during drilling, and the appropriate drill bit
