DINITROL 6010 Supersoft 2K is a fine two-component polyester body filler for repairing car bodies, sheet metal structures and fibreglass. The 3 kg pack is intended for workshops that do filling work regularly. Less sanding and rework – thanks to the few pores, less touch-up filling is needed, up to 10 mm in one go even on vertical surfaces – the filler does not sag, ready to sand after just 25 minutes – depending on temperature and the amount of hardener.

DINITROL 6010 Supersoft 2K Pyrmoplast is a two-component polyester body filler designed for repairing and levelling uneven areas on car bodies, sheet metal structures and fibreglass.
Besides bodywork, it can also be used to repair machine covers, concrete, masonry and wooden boards. The 3 kg pack is worthwhile for body shops and workshops that do filling work regularly. For individual jobs, the 1 kg pack is sufficient.
The filler adheres to most substrates you encounter when repairing a car: steel sheet, primers, 2K fillers and matted topcoats.
Do not use it on thermoplastic paints — there is a risk of cracking and poor adhesion.
What you will need
You can mix filler and hardener quickly and cleanly on a Kemtex mixing pad — simply tear off the used sheet, no need to clean the pad.
For applying and smoothing, use the set of Kemtex Japanese spreaders in widths from 50 to 120 mm. For curved and contoured body panels, the soft Kemtex spreader 150 × 75 mm is more practical as it adapts to the shape of the surface.
The filler contains styrene — work in nitrile gloves and eye protection in a well-ventilated area.
Products for degreasing before filling can be found in the surface preparation category, and materials for protecting the area around the repair in the masking category.
After sanding, you can finish the surface with the fine filler DINITROL 6052 Polybond Soft Express Micro or DINITROL 6060 Polyfill 2K, or again with 6010.
Treat areas sanded through to bare metal and filler spots with DINITROL 6110 primer. As a filler primer, use DINITROL 6715 or 6716 Acry-Fill 2K or another suitable filler.
