Description

The IK FOAM Pro 12 professional foam sprayer is built to produce dry, long-lasting foam. It is designed for use with chemical agents that contain surfactants. The IK Foam Pro 12 gives you thick, long-lasting foam, which is ideal for professional cleaning, sanitising and disinfecting, HVAC system cleaning, vehicle washing and detailing, as well as disinfecting food processing areas and industrial kitchens. HOW TO MAKE PERFECT FOAM?

Key Features

• Unscrew the sprayer head by turning it anticlockwise
• Fill the tank with water up to the marked maximum working capacity of 6L
• Pour in the foaming product
• Screw the head back on firmly
• Pressurise the sprayer by pumping (approx. 15 strokes). For good foam, keep pumping until the valve clicks or pops up
• To start spraying, make sure the safety lock is off. Squeeze the handle and make up for the loss of pressure while working by making more passes
• When you have finished, engage the safety lock and release the pressure by pulling the safety valve

Three coloured nozzles for 3 different types of foam: Grey = standard foam - this adapter is fitted to the sprayer as standard. Orange = wet foam - used to cover large surfaces (cars, windows etc.) with foam. Green = dry foam - used when you do not want to soak the surface being cleaned. Technical information:

Cleaning and maintenance

• Release the pressure and clean the sprayer after every use
• If the nozzle becomes blocked, clean it with water and do not use metal objects
• If the filter in the handle is blocked, remove it and clean it with water
• To extend the life of the seals, lubricate the moving parts of the sprayer with grease regularly
• The sprayer has a felt pad fitted in front of the nozzle. When this filter gets dirty, clean it with water. If it is badly damaged or extremely dirty, replace it with a spare. A strip of 10 spare filters is supplied with the sprayer. Remove the used filter with a pointed object
• To drain the tank completely, open the plug at the bottom of the tank
• If the sprayer does not spray or seems blocked, detach the tank hose, undo the connector, remove the suction hose and clean it with water
