Headlight Restoration Kit

The headlight restoration kit is used to restore yellowed and dull headlights to like-new condition in two steps.

Instructions for use:

1. Before polishing, tape the edges of the headlights and rinse with clean water.

2. In the case of severe yellowing or damage, first use a hand applicator and gradually work through all three sanding papers from grit 1000, 2000 to 4000. Between each sanding step, always rinse the headlights with clean water.

2. If the headlights are only slightly dull, you may skip step two and go straight to polishing. 3. First, use Headlight Polish 1 and a Heavy Cut Pad or lambswool polishing pad. We recommend using a rotary polisher and polishing at medium speed. Polish in crosshatch pattern.

4. Next, use Headlight Polish 2 and polish to a high gloss using the pad. We recommend using a rotary polisher and polishing at medium speed, again polishing in crosshatch pattern.
