Developed with meticulous attention to performance and endurance, the E46 Doors with Window Frames are manufactured using Vacuum Resin Infusion Technology (VIP), a process that utilizes vacuum pressure to draw resin through dry laminate materials. This cutting-edge technique ensures a consistent, high-quality finish that enhances both structural integrity and overall durability.

Each door combines the strength of carbon fiber with the flexibility of Kevlar, creating an optimal balance between rigidity and resilience. This composition allows the doors to withstand multiple contacts or impacts during race conditions without requiring immediate replacement, significantly reducing downtime and long-term costs.

Weighing approximately 4,70 kilograms per door in fiberglass construction and only 3,50 kilograms per door in carbon fiber (Carbon Kevlar) configuration, these components offer significant weight savings while maintaining exceptional toughness.
