HGK BMW E46 Lightweight Brake Kit (Wilwood)

The E46 Lightweight Brake Kit (Wilwood) has been developed to combine extreme performance with minimal weight, making it ideal for both competitive and high-performance street applications. Featuring HGK CNC-machined aluminium centre bells and caliper adapters, this system ensures perfect fitment and durability under heat and pressure. The front axle is equipped with 6-piston calipers and vented, drilled rotors measuring 310×20,5 mm, while the rear axle offers a single- or dual-caliper 4-piston configuration with 305×9 mm drilled rotors. High-friction Wilwood racing pads deliver outstanding deceleration and consistent pedal feel in all conditions.
With an estimated total weight between 16 kg and 23 kg, this kit significantly reduces unsprung mass, improving handling and braking efficiency. Optional brake wire lock installation for rotors is available on special request, providing additional security for race-level performance setups.
