DBA Street Series T2 rear slotted brake discs DBA574S (Ø 292 mm, 2 pcs)

DBA T2 Rotors – Advanced Braking Technology

Key Features & Technologies

T3 Slot Design (48 CNC Precision-Machined Slots)

• Tri-symmetrical curved slots reduce vibration harmonics and noise
• Provides a quieter, smoother, and more responsive brake pedal feel
• Increased out-gassing points for friction gases to escape
• Improves braking consistency and performance under load
• Universal slot design eliminates the need for left/right specific discs

Kangaroo Paw Ventilation System

• 144 diamond and tear-drop shaped pillars for increased surface area
• Enhances heat dissipation to reduce brake fade and improve effectiveness
• Extends the life of both pads and rotors, reducing wear and maintenance costs

XG150 High Carbon Alloyed Iron

• Higher thermal capacity for managing extreme heat during braking
• Reduces the risk of warping and cracking
• Improves overall rotor durability and performance

Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP)

• Special formulation compatible with DBA’s TSP process
• Minimizes rotor stress and prolongs service life under high-heat conditions

Thermographic Temperature Monitoring (TTM)

• Color-changing heat paint indicates peak temperature thresholds
• Permanent color changes help monitor rotor fatigue
• Assists drivers in determining rotor replacement and helps with warranty claims

Paint Protection on Non-Friction Areas

• Reduces corrosion and prevents unsightly rust
• Enhances visual appearance and adds product value
