Crankshaft main bearing set. Main bearings hold the crankshaft in the block and carry the full combustion load, which is why race-grade bearings pay off in modified engines.

The King XP series (pMaxBlack™) is a tri-metal copper-lead bearing with a hardened overlay for high, sustained track loads. The coated version (pMaxKote™) adds a polymer layer that reduces friction and protects during brief oil starvation.
