TURBOSMART GenV ALV40 anti-lag valve

The TURBOSMART GenV ALV40 is a fresh air anti-lag valve for motorsport. At low throttle openings it diverts charged fresh air from the turbo into the exhaust manifold ahead of the turbine wheel, so the turbo spools more safely without throttle-based late combustion anti-lag that puts high stress on the engine. The valve is a sealed twin-chamber design: the top port is the primary control port, the spring opens the valve under vacuum, and the lower chamber allows twin-port control independent of manifold pressure.

• Shaft seal for leak-proof operation
• V-band clamped inlet and outlet
• Outlet weld flange sold separately to suit the cylinder count (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 outlets)
• Requires a 4-port solenoid TS-0301-2003 for control
• Ports take normal vacuum hose, optional 1/8" NPT to -3AN or -4AN adaptors
