Keep your engine cool with style. This 52mm high-visibility digital gauge works as both a monitor and a controller. It automatically switches single or twin fans, or your EWP, at the exact temperature you set.

Whether you are cruising or pushing your 4WD to the limit, this kit gives precise control, with an extra-long 380cm sensor wire.

It works with 12V and 24V systems.

Installation

The kit comes set up for an air temperature sensor as standard. For water or coolant applications, choose one of the options below.

Sensor placement options

• Option A, air temperature (standard): the non-invasive method. Place the temperature probe in the radiator fins, as close to the hot coolant inlet as possible. Good for a quick DIY install without draining any fluids.
• Option B, liquid coolant (professional): for direct liquid readings, place the sensor in the coolant stream. Use kit DC0465 for an OE-style 1/4" NPT port install (in the block or radiator tank), or kit DC0409 to fit it into a radiator hose.
• Option C, transmission fluid: to monitor your ATF, combine the sensor with the DC0465 adapter and a 1/4" NPT female tee fitting (sourced separately) in your cooler lines.

Warning

24V systems require 2× DC10534 relays.
