Manufacturer's note: For C510.5 and C514 gearboxes. For models with TCT gearbox, use PFF80-1120. This part is inserted into the original bush, to increase stiffness. If fitting this to the Diesel or TwinAir engine vehicles, an increase in noise and vibration is to be expected. This should be considered as a performance upgrade. Road Series insert increases stiffness at 1mm by 113%, at 2mm by 173% and at 3mm by 225%Black Series insert increases stiffness at 1mm by 143%, at 2mm by 219% and at 3mm by 280%

Materials are colour coded to make them easily identifiable. Below explains the shore rating and their common uses.

Red 65A – Used for universal exhaust mounts and diesel engine mounts.
Yellow 70A – Mainly used for engine mounts, diff mounts and subframe mounts or areas where the bush needs a lot of movement and absorption.
Purple 80A – Most common material. This is used in most areas of the suspension and provides the right mix between performance and compliance.
Black 95A – The hardest material. This is used mostly for Black Series range or in Road Series where the vehicles standard suspension demands require us to use this hardness of material i.e. in areas of high load.
