The high performance intercooler has the following core dimension (300mm x 222mm x125mm) = 7,7L / (11,81Inch x 8,74Inch x 4,92Inch) = 469,88Inch³ and thus offers a 16% larger cooling surface and 113% more charge air volume compared to the stock mounted intercooler. The new developed competition intercooler core supports a very high ratio of airflow and is also very light. The weight of the complete intercooler is only 5,5kg. The endtanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized under flow analyzes in the CFD system. With the help of additional air guides, inside the inlet, an uniform filling of the intercooler is provided.

The stock click connections have been eleminated and increased to a connection diameter of Ø60mm (2,36Inch) for in- and outlet. The results are excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop. So this kit is just the right thing for racing.

All of our intercooler use an anti corrosion protective coating with perfect thermal heat dissapating character. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). Optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance!
