ACL Flexigauge kit

Precisely manufactured plastic strips, available in four different colors, each offering different measurement ranges.

• green from 0.02 to 0.08 mm
• red from 0.05 to 0.15 mm
• blue from 0.10 to 0.25 mm
• yellow from 0.20 to 0.40 mm

Measuring clearance with the Flexigauge kit is very easy: remove the bearing from the crank, clean the bearing surfaces of oil, place a piece of flexigauge on the crank. Install the bearing and use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to the correct torque. Remove the bearing and compare the width of the flattened flexigauge with the scale.
