Manufacturer's note: Tesla Model 3/Y suffer from the common problem of the original rubber bush coming out of the pressed steel rear upper control arm. Where the standard OE bush sits in the arm, a split line between these two halves allows the smooth, thin metal shell to walk out of the arm as suspension loads work and distort the bush. PFR75-311 Rear Upper Front Control Arm Bush is designed to solve this problem once and for all. Our solution is simple: a 95A durometer bush supplied with a much thicker, more rigid plated steel shell that won t flex under the same loads, maintaining its rigidity and radial contact with the inside of the arm. CNC-machined with a substantial lip, the shell presses into the arm to ensure the correct location of the bush.

Materials are colour coded to make them easily identifiable. Below explains the shore rating and their common uses.

Red 65A – Used for universal exhaust mounts and diesel engine mounts.
Yellow 70A – Mainly used for engine mounts, diff mounts and subframe mounts or areas where the bush needs a lot of movement and absorption.
Purple 80A – Most common material. This is used in most areas of the suspension and provides the right mix between performance and compliance.
Black 95A – The hardest material. This is used mostly for Black Series range or in Road Series where the vehicles standard suspension demands require us to use this hardness of material i.e. in areas of high load.
