Description

The FLEX PE 2 14-EC C is a powerful professional rotary polisher designed for demanding correction and restoration of painted surfaces. The new-generation brushless motor combines high power and efficiency with modern electronics and a redesigned tool body.

The polisher is intended mainly for removing deep scratches and restoring heavily weathered paint. The 550–1800 rpm speed range lets you start gently at low speed and still correct the surface efficiently.

New-generation brushless motor

The modern brushless motor delivers high efficiency and power for professional use. Microprocessor electronics provide variable speed preselection, constant speed under load via a tachogenerator, overload protection, restart protection and temperature monitoring.

Controlled start and precise speed control

The trigger switch allows a smooth, controlled start. For longer jobs the polisher can be locked on. The required speed is easily set with a thumbwheel accessible from both sides of the tool.

High cutting performance

The FLEX PE 2 14-EC C is designed for work that requires high material removal. The manufacturer recommends it for removing deep scratches and restoring heavily weathered paint. It achieves maximum cutting performance in the FLEX 2-Step system combined with the red FLEX polishing pad and red FLEX polishing compound.

New gearbox with less noise and vibration

The newly developed high-performance gearbox is optimised to reduce noise and vibration. The extremely flat gear head also lowers the tool's centre of gravity and its distance from the work surface, making it easier to guide the polisher precisely in different working positions.

Ergonomics for professional work

Ergonomically shaped non-slip grip surfaces ensure safe and precise handling. A rubberised rest surface lets you put the polisher down safely during work.

Another practical detail is the relocated spindle lock on the underside of the tool, which makes changing the backing plate intuitive and helps prevent accidental activation.
