TERRA PERFORMANCE Track Days rear brake pads for Ford Mustang Mk6. Hybrid compound for track days and spirited street driving – good bite from cold and fade-free at high temperatures.

Description

Terra Performance TRACK DAYS brake pads are a hybrid compound for demanding track days and aggressive street driving, developed to bridge the gap between road and circuit. They deliver control and stopping power exactly when you need it most.

The pad gives an excellent initial bite from cold for confident daily driving and keeps consistent, fade-free performance at the high temperatures generated on the track. It is made from an advanced, asbestos-free para-aramid composite.

Key features

Hybrid compound: designed for drivers who use their car on both the road and the track.
Stopping power: a high average friction coefficient of 0.52 µ – a significant upgrade over standard pads.
Wide temperature range: consistent, fade-resistant braking in the optimal window up to 650 °C (1202 °F), intermittent peaks up to 800 °C (1472 °F).
Modulation and feedback: a progressive, highly controllable feel for precise trail-braking and confident corner entry.
Ready to use: factory scorching pre-conditions the pads and shortens the bedding-in period.
Rotor-friendly: longer life and less disc wear than full metallic race pads.

Recommended use

Track days and HPDE (High-Performance Driver Education)
Spirited street and mountain pass driving
Rally (gravel stages)
Upgraded sports sedans, coupes and hot hatches

Noise and dust

Brake noise: as a performance pad, it may squeal under certain braking conditions, particularly when cold.
Brake dust: more dust than standard OEM pads – a normal characteristic of a high-performance friction material.

Terra Performance is a European brake pad specialist built on motorsport and automotive supply experience. Their name draws from the Latin for Earth, reflecting their philosophy of a stable, grounded connection between driver and road.

Their four-tier range covers the full spectrum: Premium for street comfort, Road Sport for spirited driving, Track Days for dual-use drivers, and Race for pure motorsport. Every compound blends carbon, ceramic, and metallic materials tested on both road and track, with a focus on linear pedal feel and precise modulation rather than raw stopping power alone.
