Hard, initially loose
These bushings are around 80-90 shore hardness and upon initial installation, the holes appear to be too big. However after taking the car for a drive, the bushing had a chance to properly seat in and now it works perfectly

Beware !
Received only 1 bushing , not 3 ! Holes are 12mm , not 11mm !
