Application Area: VORREINIGER B is suitable for contactless washing of passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as for heavily utilized washing lines for both types of vehicles, further for washing motor chassis, dirt on steel rims and painted aluminum rims that are resistant to alkalis, and for removing copolymer waxes.

Recommendations for using VORREINIGER B with a foam injector: Cool down the vehicle and rinse it with high-pressure water using a pressure washer. Pour the product in concentrated form or diluted in a ratio of 1:1 - 1:2 into the foaming injector bottle. Foam the vehicle using the foam injector and let the product act for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not allow the product to dry on the vehicle. Rinse the vehicle with high-pressure water afterwards. In case of heavy soiling, wash the vehicle using an Octopus sponge or a Vikan brush. Then rinse with high-pressure water. Wipe off the remaining water with a chamois, green microfiber cloth, or Vikan 999299 35 cm glass and paint squeegee. You can also treat your vehicle with Protector Wax (dilution 1:30). After treating with Protector Wax, your vehicle will achieve an unprecedented shine, dirt will not adhere as much to the bodywork, and subsequent washes will be easier and quicker.

Recommendations for using VORREINIGER B with a Pressure Spray Gun or Pressure Sprayer, e.g. Ik MULTI PRO 2: Cool down the vehicle and rinse it with high-pressure water using a pressure washer. Dilute the product 1:10 - 1:20 and pour it into the prepared spray container. Spray the diluted product from the bottom up onto the vehicle. Allow it to act for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not allow the product to dry on the vehicle. In case of heavy soiling, wash the vehicle with an Octopus sponge or a Vikan brush. Then rinse with high-pressure water. Wipe off the remaining water with a chamois, green microfiber cloth, or Vikan 999299 35 cm glass and paint squeegee. You can also treat your vehicle with Protector Wax (dilution 1:30). Recommended dilution - depending on soiling:
Pre-wash: 1:30 to 1:50.
Wheel cleaning: 1:3 to 1:10.
Self-service high-pressure washers: 1:300. Apply to the entire surface, let it act briefly, and rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure washer.

Class A in accordance with VDA Maximum exposure time 5 min, maximum concentration when used 1:300. Class B: Maximum exposure time 1 min, maximum concentration when used 1:30.
