Koch Chemie Hand Wax W0.01 - Premium Carnauba Hard Wax 175ml

Koch Chemie Hand Wax W0.01 is a premium wax designed for waxing painted vehicle body parts. The formulation contains high-quality carnauba wax that provides long-lasting protection and preservation to treated surfaces. It is suitable for all types and shades of paint. The preservative components create a smooth and glossy hydrophilic surface. The paint surface remains highly glossy with vibrant colors. Hand Wax W0.01 is applied in a thin layer, requiring only a small amount of the product.

One package will treat approximately 25 vehicles.

Instructions for use:

1. Before polishing, the vehicle must be thoroughly washed with an alkaline product (e.g., Green Star universal). Do not use any wax shampoos. If the vehicle's surface is contaminated with fallout rust, tree resin, or asphalt, use the CLAY - Reinigungsknete blau - blue cleaning putty no. 183001 for cleaning.

2. To preserve heavily to moderately weathered paints, depending on the paint condition, polish the paint using Heavy Cut (H9.01) or Fine Cut (F6.01) paste (see information about the Heavy Cut H9.01 and Fine CUT F6.01 products). Remove paste residues with a microfiber cloth. For slightly weathered colors and to remove holograms, use Micro Cut M3.02 and a forced rotation polisher (e.g., Makita PO5000C, see product information for Micro Cut M3.02). Remove paste residues with a microfiber cloth. Before applying Hand Wax W0.01, ensure that the treated surface is clean. Therefore, use a silicone remover product and wipe all surfaces with a small amount of pressure using this product and a microfiber cloth. Subsequently, wipe the surfaces dry with another dry microfiber cloth. This will remove all surfactants, waxes, oils, and dirt from the surface. Note: For sensitive paints, dilute 1:4 with water to prevent potential matting of the paints. The paint should now be free of scratches and holograms when checked under sunlight or daylight. After this step, the paint must not be touched with hands/fingers. Use gloves to avoid any issues with bonding. The surface is now ready for hand waxing.

3. Next, we can proceed to apply the wax. To apply the wax - gently press the supplied sponge into the can and evenly spread the wax over the surface to be treated. Allow the wax to flash and buff with a microfiber cloth. It is always better to divide large areas into several parts and then continue.

4. Washing the vehicle: To maintain a long-lasting high-gloss finish on your vehicle's paint, wash the vehicle gently by hand. Use plenty of water and NanoMagic Shampoo, soft washing tools, and only soft dry towels for gentle surface drying. Hard and aggressive washing tools will remove waxes more quickly and scratch the surface. If you wash your vehicle in automatic car washes, exclusively use washes with textile brushes.
