Manufacturer's note: The OE rubber splits and the hydraulic fluid escapes, reducing the bush's ability to dampen and resist load, leading to knocking, vague handling and braking instability. PFF5-2801 Front Radius Arm Bush is a new replacement solution, meaning you can now replace the bush alone without the expense of replacing the costly OE control arm in its entirety. Made in our Black 95A durometer material, they are paired with stainless-steel inner sleeves and CNC-machined outer shells for strength and improved load distribution to revive the feel and handling of your 2.3-tonne cruiser. Each bush has a knurled bore for grease retention and a low-resistance operation, resulting in better braking stability, more precise steering and improved tyre longevity.

Powerflex was formed in 1996 in UK to take advantage of the significant advances made in the development of polyurethane in recent years. The company has wide experience of automotive suspension and chassis systems and combining these design skills with advanced polyurethane manufacturing techniques led to the development of the wide range of high performance automotive polyurethane components now known the world over by the product name POWERFLEX.

Component manufacturing is carried out with the latest automatic processing equipment ensuring 100% right first time quality.

Materials are colour coded to make them easily identifiable. Below explains the shore rating and their common uses.

Red 65A – Used for universal exhaust mounts and diesel engine mounts.
Yellow 70A – Mainly used for engine mounts, diff mounts and subframe mounts or areas where the bush needs a lot of movement and absorption.
Purple 80A – Most common material. This is used in most areas of the suspension and provides the right mix between performance and compliance.
Black 95A – The hardest material. This is used mostly for Black Series range or in Road Series where the vehicles standard suspension demands require us to use this hardness of material i.e. in areas of high load.
