DINITROL UBS/HR gun

Description

DINITROL UBS HR is a professional gun with a pressurised cup, designed for applying DINITROL materials in 1-litre cartridges. With this gun you can professionally spray all underbody materials (waxes, bitumen) as well as rubber-based stone-chip protection materials. The included set of three 2 m cavity nozzles lets you apply all types of DINITROL cavity waxes and oils in cartridge packaging.

Thanks to the pressurised cup, the gun can also be used as a conventional bottom-cup gun without 1 L cartridges. The material can be poured directly into the bottom cup.

Spraying underbody and sills

In this mode you adjust the inlet pressure, the material flow and the atomising air at the outlet nozzle on the gun, just as on a conventional spray gun. This lets you match the finish to the original coating on sills, wheel arches or the underbody.

Spraying cavities

In this mode one of the cavity extension nozzles is fitted in place of the atomising nozzle. You adjust the pressure and material flow to achieve the ideal spray pattern and a fine mist inside the cavity. Thanks to the thin hose diameter and 2 m length, you can reliably treat every cavity of the body and the chassis of off-road vehicles. Each nozzle has a different shape and spray angle to better cover the complex shapes of vehicles.
