DINITROL UBS application gun

Description

For applying cavity and underbody protection products in 1 L cartridges. Fit the gun directly onto the product cartridge and it is ready to use.

• 50 cm extension hose for easy application of all DINITROL cavity waxes (1000 and ML)

Quick Instructions

Before use, turn the pressure regulator down to the minimum and then fit the product cartridge. Connect compressed air with a maximum inlet pressure of 8 bar and gradually increase the pressure with the regulator. After use, reduce the pressure and disconnect the compressed air supply. Wear safety glasses and respiratory protection appropriate to the product being applied.

Applying underbody, sound-deadening and protective coatings:

Use the straight nozzle supplied. Increase the pressure gradually until you achieve the required surface texture. The overall finish and the thickness of the applied layer can also be adjusted by changing the distance from the surface.

Applying cavity protection products:

Fit the extension hose in place of the straight nozzle. Increase the pressure gradually to achieve an ideal spray pattern inside the cavity.

Maintenance:

Before each use, make sure the gun is complete and clean. Clean it with low-aromatic solvents (white spirit, gun cleaner).

The product meets the requirements of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and complies with the harmonised standards (PN-EN 1953+A1: 2011) EN 1953: 1998+A1: 2009 Atomising and spraying equipment for coating materials - Safety requirements.
