ATL wins every year in various championships such as FIA Formula 1, WRC, WTCC, WRX and WEC, along with the 24h of Le Mans.

Motorsport

ATL manufactures a wide range of safety fuel tanks, all of which meet and exceed the FIA FT3-1999, FT3.5-1999 and FT5-1999 standards to which they are designed. Impact-resistant, detonation-suppressing and extremely lightweight, they offer a performance boost along with maximum safety enhancements. ATL fuel cells are the preferred equipment of almost all motorsport manufacturers worldwide and work closely with professional and hobby racers. ATL fuel parts can be found across the field of LMP1, LMP2, GTE, WTCC, DTM, Super GT, BTCC, GT3, F1 and many others who have all chosen ATL products on a no-contract basis.

FIA homologated plastic, Kevlar tanks in standard or custom-made dimensions. ATL has a wide range of racing tanks with a top panel that includes connections for integrated pumps, a filler neck and a fuel level sensor. In standard sizes and volumes from 10 to 170 litres or "custom" made-to-measure tanks according to customer requirements with a volume of up to 400 litres. Tanks can be customized in terms of shape, volume, equipment colour and storage, whether an aluminium, carbon or Kevlar cover is required. ATL also offers standardized tanks for different vehicles for the original place in the bodywork as a direct replacement for the stock fuel tank or to be stored in the space for the spare wheel, at the front of the vehicle as in the case of the Porsche 911 GT3 or two-piece tanks for the Ferrari F40 and others. All these tanks have a valid FIA homologation for a period of 5 years. After this time, the tank can be sent back to the ATL factory, where it undergoes a thorough inspection, pressurization and subsequent re-FIA approval for the next 2 years.

Tanks are not complete without refuelling equipment, with which ATL has many years of experience. From FIA homologated refuelling nozzles, through refuelling containers (with the possibility of quick emptying), to refuelling stations for F1 single-seaters, which can pump fuel in a few seconds with maximum precision and safety. As additional sales, ATL also offers containers for water, oil or pilot snacks and various fittings, couplings, alarms or hoses

Navy

ATL tanks can be found on inshore racing, fishing and work boats, as well as on pleasure yachts, military special boats and tugboats or maritime patrol patrol vessels. Fabric rubberized tanks can be used to store fuel or water below the deck (in the hull of the ship) or on the deck as a smart solution to extend range. With the ability to tailor fuel bags to individual requirements, ATL can design and manufacture integral tanks that fit directly into the vessel's hull, or an auxiliary tank to suit any available space. It is also possible to manufacture bags to fit into existing fixed tanks, particularly where integral tanks have failed.

Marine fuel bags are lighter compared to a stock steel tank and resist vibration and impact. The foam filling prevents fuel spillage and therefore loss of pressure in the system, and at the same time it is resistant to gasoline, diesel, bio and racing fuels. They can be used to repair existing ship tanks.

In addition to fuel solutions, ATL offers drinking water bags. A Flame Flex fire jacket is also available from ATL. When used in conjunction with ATL Fluorocell and designed to be permanently installed around the fuel bag in the hull of the boat. The Flame Flex cover offers US Coast Guard 183.510 approved fire protection. In addition to this approval, the ATL Flame Flex fire jacket is also certified to ISO 10088 and ABYC H-24 standards.

Aviation

ATL proudly designs and manufactures fuel tanks for a wide variety of aircraft including helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, warplanes, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), missiles and stunt aircraft. Durable, lightweight and flexible tank bags are designed to withstand diesel, gasoline and JP fuels (including JP-10 and JP-TS). Also resistant to hydrogen, propane and alcohol fuels. ATL's flexible tank materials range from ultra-light but strong at 0.25mm to exceptionally strong yet still lightweight impact-resistant materials. These materials not only meet but exceed the strength requirements necessary to meet the stringent standards of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), ETSO and various EASA certification specification regulations.

ATL's lightweight fuel cell and fuel system technology inevitably leads to increased performance regardless of the application. This has created a demand for ATL in new and exciting industries. It was found that manned aviation applications could benefit greatly from the weight savings, performance gains and increased safety that ATL provides. To accommodate such an application, ATL began the design and development of a new material known as ATL 910-B. This impressive material uses the same core technology as the high-end materials used in Formula 1, but has been adapted to meet the strict European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards for flexible fuel and oil cell materials.

The tanks are resistant to the following fuels: Avgas, Mogas, JP4, 5, 8, 10; Jet A, B; Kerosene, Bio-Ethanol E10, Diesel, Bio-Diesel, Bio-Butanol B10 and Bio-Jet, Bio-Ethanol E10, Diesel, Bio-Diesel, Bio-Butanol B10 and Bio-Jet, hydrogen peroxide, hydrazine, Otto Fuel II, HAN fuel, JP-7, methanol, nitromethane, propane, butane.

Obrana a Armáda

ATL is increasingly recognized as a leading supplier to the defence sector, supplying flexible fuel bags as well as stainless steel, aluminium and rotomolded plastic tanks to the international defence and security market, including being selected as the fuel system supplier for General Dynamics' Foxhound LPPV. '.

The unit in the offer includes self-sealing fuel tanks. In the event that the tank is hit by a bullet or other sharp object and the fuel comes into contact with the "BallistiCoat" outer coating, a swelling will occur in the area, which is created by a special mixture of the coating, which will close the created opening and prevent fuel leakage. The tanks successfully passed the 9mm Uzi, 7.62mm AK-47 and 5.56mm M-16 tests. This coating can also be applied to standard fuel bags. After application, there is an increase in weight by only 9 kg.

For serviceable off-road vehicles, ATL designs special tanks in a closed aluminium box, which are internally equipped with the same technologies as tanks for Formula 1, which guarantees that the tank is drained to the last drop of fuel. Anti-rollover systems are also a matter of course, where fuel does not leak even near the roof of the vehicle, which protects the crew from fire or possible explosion.

Underwater and Industrial Equipment

Equipment can be designed and manufactured for diving vessels, subsea oil and gas exploration, drilling and well services, pipeline maintenance and repair, engineering, remote intervention, defence and scientific research projects. ATL tanks are made from a variety of materials, from thin, flexible foils to high-strength fabric-reinforced rubber. These bags, inflators and bellows boast unmatched chemical tolerance, abrasion resistance and remarkable durability for long-term storage. ATL is familiar with the challenges of the harsh subsea environment and has developed materials and technologies that perform flawlessly in the extreme pressure depths of the sea.

ATL also manufactures industrial products in the form of floating pontoons, balloons, lifting bags, shock absorbers, hydraulic accumulators, pipes, cuffs, pond parts and countless other products necessary for everyday life or professional industrial use.

Race-Shop at the ATL factory

It is better to see once than to hear a hundred times and that is why we also visited the factory in Milton Keynes with an area of more than 9500m2. The company moved in 2013, when at the same time it almost doubled its number of employees in order to meet the huge demand for high-quality products from its offer.

We've gone through all the stops on the way to producing a sports tank. It is interesting to watch how a Kevlar semi-finished product becomes a professional race tank with FIA approval by precise cutting of templates and subsequent glueing. The basic process is a digital design in a specially developed program for the individual layout of the design and specifications of the tank itself, which is then transferred to the cutting machine. This device has the task of cutting individual parts of the tank. These parts undergo a thorough inspection, sorting and transfer to the next workplace where the necessary fittings and outputs are installed even before the actual glueing and completion. A specially equipped team of workers then connects and glues these individual parts together and creates the final product, while installing the necessary parts in the tank, such as anti-spill foam or a Kevlar collector with partitions. The tank made in this way is then pressure tested several times and continues to the next workplace where it is placed in a box and equipped with the appropriate FIA label or equipped with pumps and filters according to the customer's wishes.

ATL is extremely concerned about safety and therefore the testing of manufactured tanks is a multi-step process. It is no wonder then that a number of world-famous manufacturers of racing specials or new hyper-sports vehicles choose ATL as a manufacturer of tanks and other collection components. The Factory housed a number of concepts and semi-finished products that would later become ready-made fuel solutions for companies such as Porsche, M-sport (manufacturer of WRC vehicles) and others. We also had the opportunity to see the process of welding aluminium boxes for tanks or the tanks themselves, which has an equally high standard and is subsequently subject to thorough several-stage testing. We ended the whole tour with a new product that will be presented in a few weeks and will be of interest to drifters, as it is supposed to be a sports FIA homologated fuel tank equipped with a bus with partitions, which, using the Venturi effect, can power even more than 1000 horsepower vehicles (depending on pumps).

We are proud to have a strong partner like ATL on board and we can offer you the best quality solutions in the delivery and storage of fuel for your projects.
