Set consist of single mass twin disc clutch set, throwout bearing and all needed bolts (12.9 class)100% CNC machined parts - MADE IN UE
Precision machining and alignment assures precise fit
MONOBLOCK single mass flywheel - weight ~ 6.4 kgs.
Rotating assembly weight ~ 13.2 kgs. (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate)
Custom made and lightweight 240 mm 4 puck sintered clutch discs (MIBA sintered pads)
Sachs pressure plate without SAC system
Heat-resistant CNC machined clutch discs spacer/middle plate
Clutch sets are fully balanced - END TO END - flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate together in accordance to the G6.3 class and up to 8000 rpm. Each clutch set is delivered with unique balance protocol
Thanks to ultimate design and quality of the middle plate it is not making any noises when you press the clutch pedal. It will also not get stuck when gets heat because it is not touching the flywheel anywhere
Works and engages smooth like an OEM clutch set
Fits to following BMW engines: M50, M52, M54, S50, S52, S54 with following transmissions:
- 5 speed N47M ZF gearbox - 28x35-10N spline shaft
- 6 speed S54B32 Getrag - 28x35-10N spline shaft
- 5 speed M57 - 28x35-10N spline shaft
Set will not fit to the lift version of M54B30 with 6 speed gearbox
Set will not fit to the Getrag/ZF 5 speed gearboxes
Perfect for high power turbocharged engines
Set can handle up to ~800-1000 Nm of torque for regular cars
For entry level drifting needs up to ~800 Nm - we recommend to keep torque reserve.
Professional installation is necessary + break-in procedure required - at least 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts
Our flywheels always have got starter gear mounted on it (monoblock solution)
All used parts are typical - it means that whole set can be cheaply and fast renewed
