This clutch kit fits all BMW M50, M52, and M54 engines equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission, as well as S50 and S54 engines.

Brand-new steel single-mass flywheel.
Flywheel weight: approx. 6.2 kg; flywheel with pressure plate assembly: approx. 11.5 kg.
Brand-new 240 mm clutch disc.
New M57D30 pressure plate with high clamping force.
Release bearing and mounting bolts included.
Every clutch assembly is CNC balanced as a complete unit (end-to-end balancing) for maximum precision.
For S54B32 applications, a different clutch disc is required – please inform us after purchase.

Compatibility

This clutch kit fits all BMW M50, M52, and M54 engines equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission, as well as S50 and S54 engines.

Not compatible with the facelift M54B30 equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission.

Important Notes

The kit includes release bearing spacers, which must be welded onto the clutch fork during installation.

A break-in procedure is mandatory: 1,000 km (620 miles) or approximately 5,000 gear changes before full-load operation.
