Stainless steel exhaust manifold Turbo VW Golf 3 16V

The exhaust manifold of the TurboWorks company is made of 100% stainless steel.

Suitable for:

• 1985-1998 VW GOLF 1.8L 2.0L 16V
• 1990-1997 VW PASSAT 1.8L 2.0L 16V

dimensions:

• Turbo flange: T3
• Spacing of turbo flange holes: 86x45mm
• The diameter of the wastegate outlet (internal): 38mm

When performing engine tuning, the exhaust manifold should be replaced at the very beginning, because the exhaust gases, extruded from the cylinder, are sent to the exhaust manifold, which is part of the engine body, then are directed to the first section of the exhaust pipe, and then to the silencer, or several serial positions mufflers and then to the outlet part of the exhaust pipe.

The set includes a set of gaskets.

Warranty 24 months.

Adjusting the exhaust manifold leads to reduced back pressure, resulting in faster cylinder flushing and improved exhaust flow. We recommend wrapping thermal insulation tape before installation.
