Forge Motorsport applies decades of intercooler expertise—developed across three generations of Audi RS3—to deliver the FMINT38 Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the Audi RSQ3 (F3). Purpose-built for the RSQ3's 2.5 TFSI engine, this system improves cooling performance, power output, and long-term reliability under high-performance driving conditions.

Featuring a hand-fabricated bar-and-plate core measuring 640mm x 250mm x 100mm, the FMINT38 delivers a 55% increase in surface area and 94% increase in volume over the factory unit—growing from 8.2L to 16L. In testing, this intercooler alone produced a +24 BHP gain and a dramatic 35°C reduction in peak intake temps, all with no other modifications. Even greater gains are expected on tuned or mapped vehicles.

To ensure factory-fit quality, the kit includes a genuine modified OEM crash bar, finished in durable black powder coat along with the core. Stock boost hoses are retained, or can optionally be upgraded with Forge’s FMKT024 hose kit.
