COLOURLOCK Leather Shield is a premium solution designed to protect smooth leather surfaces from wear, discoloration, and mechanical damage. With a one-liter packaging, it is the perfect choice for professional detailing studios, upholstery shops, or vehicle owners with extensive leather interiors.

This product, based on modern polymers, forms an invisible protective layer on the surface that does not alter the appearance or texture of the leather, while significantly extending its lifespan.

What Type of Leather is it Designed For?

Leather Shield is specifically developed for new leather (used within 3 years) or leather that has undergone renovation and dyeing. Older leather requires nourishment (e.g., Elephant Leather Preserver), while new leather primarily needs surface protection.

Instructions for Use:

1. Surface Preparation

Before application, the leather surface must be clean and dry.

• Cleaning: We recommend COLOURLOCK Mild Cleaner (for regular dirt) or Strong Cleaner (for heavy soiling).
• Drying: After cleaning, allow the leather to air dry. Do not use external heat sources.

2. Application Method

• Shake: Shake the container thoroughly before use.
• Application: Apply using a soft cloth (microfiber/cotton) or an applicator sponge.
• Spreading: Apply in a thin and even layer from seam to seam.
• Drying: Allow to air dry. Do not polish! In most cases, a single thin application is sufficient.

Recommended Treatment Interval:

• Heavily Used Areas: Every 3 months.
• Moderately Used Areas: Every 6 to 12 months.

Important Notice: Always test the product on a discreet area. Not suitable for suede, nubuck, or aniline leather. Store in a dry place and protect from frost.
