Description
KBD Premium Universal Mesh Grille for front bumper.
KBD parts are made from a proprietary polyurethane composition. They are designed and manufactured by KBD in its own facility in California, and 3D molding ensures a precise fit.
Polyurethane is very flexible – after deformation the part returns to its original shape, whereas fiberglass or plastic parts crack or break. This makes KBD parts suitable for heavily lowered cars such as drift cars, show cars and daily driven street cars.

Installation
The parts are delivered folded in a cardboard box. Before installation, leave them in the sun or near another heat source for about 30 minutes – the polyurethane returns to its original shape. The parts can be painted using standard methods, just like fiberglass, plastic or steel.
