FORGE enlarged discharged pipe for Volkswagen Golf MK8 R

Forge Motorsport presents the FMDP1 Enlarged Discharge Pipe, a high-performance replacement for the OEM discharge pipe (part 5WA 145 840D) in the 2.0 TSI EA888 EVO4 engine. Recognizing the limitations of the OEM design, Forge Motorsport has engineered a superior solution to meet the demands of tuning enthusiasts and to complement their Race intercooler (FMINT24).

Using advanced 3D scanning and CAD technology, Forge Motorsport's in-house development team meticulously crafted a discharge pipe with an enlarged outlet of 76mm, increasing the internal diameter by 21% from the turbo outlet to the intercooler junction. This design improvement enhances airflow and reduces restrictions, contributing to higher boost levels and improved engine performance.
