The Flex Finish-Pad 150mm is among the best finishing polishing pads available. This black, fine-textured foam pad is the product of precise German engineering and is designed specifically for the final stage of paint correction, where the aim is maximum optical clarity and deep gloss.

With a diameter of 150 mm (intended for 150 mm backing plates), it is the ideal tool for large surfaces such as bonnets, roofs and doors, and it gives you excellent stability and control throughout the polishing process.

Technical Properties and Materials – 1. Premium Reticulated Foam

The pad uses a reticulated (open) cell structure. This structure is essential for:

Heat management: It continuously cools the surface during polishing and protects the paint from overheating.

Compound consistency: It keeps the polishing compound evenly on the working face of the pad and prevents it from soaking too deep into the foam.

2. "Soft-Touch" Density

Although the pad is extremely soft to the touch, it holds its shape well. This allows precise guidance of the polisher even on slightly curved panels, without the foam collapsing uncontrollably, which could cause an uneven finish.
