Headlight restoration procedure:
- BASIC INSTRUCTIONS:
- Always work in the shade and on a surface that is cool to the touch. Never work in direct sunlight! Shake all liquid products well before use! Use only quality accessories for applying and wiping products (foam applicators, microfiber towels). Follow the instructions. If you have any questions, contact your dealer.

- Procedure:
- Soak the abrasive pads for 1 minute in a cup of water.
- Spray water from a spray bottle (not included) onto the headlight surface and sand the headlight cover with sanding pad #1 using very light vertical strokes. Tip: Frequently moisten the headlight and sanding pad with water to prolong the life of the headlight.
- Once the headlight cover has an even, dull appearance, switch to sanding pad #2. Work with horizontal movements and very light pressure.
- Then use sanding pad #3, working with vertical strokes, using very light pressure.
- Finally, switch to the side marked #4 and finish with horizontal strokes and very light pressure, ensuring the light has a uniform, dull appearance without visible scratches or strokes.
- Dry the headlight cover and apply Meguiar's PlastX polish to the included microfiber towel for clear plastic. Polish the surface of the headlight to perfect clarity. Tip: Use the polish in small amounts and only add more as needed. The polish should not dry on the surface of the headlight.
- Tips & tricks:
- Use masking tape to cover the body near the lights to prevent sanding and polishing painted parts in this area.
